QCell - Mobile Email

QCell’s Internet on your mobile phone allows you set-up email accounts on your mobile phone. If you have used Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird, you will have the same experience on your smart phone. Get automatic alerts on your phone whenever you receive an email inbox; think about it this way if you’ve never used an email client before: When people send you SMS, you receive alerts immediately without having to always go through your inbox searching for new messages, similarly once you set-up an email account on your phone, you will receive alerts (like text message alerts) to your phone whenever you have new emails. Use the settings below and give it a try.

Yahoo! Mail Settings

To setup your Yahoo account on your phone, use the following mail server settings:

Yahoo Incoming Mail Server (POP3):
pop.mail.yahoo.com (SSL enabled, port 465)

Yahoo Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
smtp.mail.yahoo.com (SSL enabled, port 995)

Google Gmail Settings

Google Gmail Incoming Mail Server (POP3):
pop.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 995)

Outgoing Mail Server - use the SMTP mail server address: smtp.gmail.com (TLS enabled, port 587)
