QCell Online Self Care gives you access to all your Post Paid account information where you can check on your balance, make changes and request support from Customer Care Services.

How to steup a new account?

Click new user registration

Enter your new login Id

Enter your moblie / data card number e.g. 3XXXXXX

Enter your account number as indicated on your last invoive ( e.g. 10xxxxx )

Click submit button

A message will popup on the next screen indicating that your password is been sent to your mobile or data card. The password is computer generated and you are required to use it for your initial login of which you will be prompted to change the password to a new one confidential to you.

Click the sign up botton.

Enter you login Id and the Computer Generated password sent to you throught SMS

Click the submit button

Click the Sign in button and you now ready to go.
